Colors, textures & design of objects, particularly faces, speak to me as a MRI would from the inside out, not the outside in.

A kind of reverse subtextural realism. Perhaps this is due to my medical background as a nurse.

I am for the immediacy of the emotion not only as it speaks to me, but as the rhythms, colors, lines and configurations talk to one another.
